For more complex backgrounds the price varies from +3$ - 5$

You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only, meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

As the artist I still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, unless otherwise accorded with the Client.

I reserve the right to decline your order if i don't feel comfortable or I feel that I might not able to work on it.

The Client is not allowed to feed my art to any AI generation websites.

You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Please always credit me (©oniaartwork) or put a link going back to one of my socials, this has to be done anytime the art is showcased.

No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy, etc... from the finished product.

No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token)

♡ I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless i'm personally unable to finish your order. You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire.

♡ 50% will be paid in advance after the sketch is approved, the other 50% will be paid once the product is finished.

Prices listed are for personal use commissions, if you'd like a commission for commercial use the price will be double the flat price.

Payments accepted only through Paypal: USD currency.

If payment has not been received after our agreed dates, I will assume you no longer wish to commission me and cancel your request, unless you notified me prior that payment will be late.

All commissions must be paid in full before I begin working.

Do not send payment if I have not approved your request.

Time frame for completion is from 1 to 3 months. (I am a student, I need time!)

♡ You may message me any time for a status update, but please don't pressure me, thank you for understanding!

♡ Changes can only be done during the sketch phase. No major changes will be made after the sketch is approved by the Client, after that I will charge +2$ - 5$ for every change, unless there's been a mistake on my side (ex: not noticing a detail.)
